While they were all good, there was something different about Allison that made her stand out from the rest. From our very first meeting, her understanding of our situation and how quickly she was able to put things into motion were unparalleled. Extremely communicative, Allison was able to navigate us through multiple repair issues on the house and was able to get it sold quickly. She was always on top of everything from day one...I would highly suggest giving Allison a call for your next house sale / purchase. We truly could not have done this without her guidance and expertise.

    Amazing. Was caring, knowledgeable, in what was a horrible market. She made a bittersweet moment counting my blessings. Way beyond the call of duty.very difficult buyers. Closing lawyer was also less than professional in my opinion. Allison made things at least palatable. Glad it is over.

    Allison was fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. She gave us great advice about preparing our condo for sale and when to put it on the market. She handled everything on site as we were living out of state and when a old building permit problem arose she worked with the contractor, met the building inspector and took care of the situation without missing a beat. We were out of the country when the closing was scheduled and the entire process was taken care of without us having to deal with it during our vacation. After buying and selling numerous properties I think Allison was the most professional agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
